The NACD Northern California Chapter is a 501C3 that supports more than 2,300 NACD director members in the Capital Valley, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley areas. Our members represent hundreds of public, private, and non-profit boards, across a wide range of sectors, and convenes regularly to learn together, mine their considerable collective wisdom, share best practices, and raise their influence in the boardroom.
The chapter is led by a committed board of directors and is supported by engaged sponsoring organizations. The NACD Northern California Chapter provides programming for leading board practices, emerging governance issues, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
